Shipping

We strive to provide you with the best service possible. Please allow 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your items to be shipped. Rest assured, all orders are shipped via USPS (US Postal Service) or UPS from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays). Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you for your convenience.

For delivery within the USA, please expect your package to arrive within 5-7 business days after the order has been shipped. However, please note that if you have made your payment with an e-check through PayPal, your order will be shipped only after the payment has cleared.

If you haven't received a tracking number after 3 business days, please take a moment to check your junk/spam folder. If you still cannot locate the tracking number, feel free to email us with your inquiry. We are here to assist you and address any concerns or questions you may have.

Once you have received a tracking number for your order, any issues or concerns related to shipment must be handled through the U.S. Postal Service or UPS as they have taken possession of your order. If your shipment is marked as "DELIVERED" on the tracking information, please reach out to your local post office or UPS office to address any delivery issues. Unfortunately, we are unable to correct delivery problems as they are managed solely by those services. Please contact them for any delivery-related concerns, including damage, theft, or misdeliveries.
